The Sessions

Sessions are available evenings, weekends, holidays or by request.

We can meet virtually (phone or video from anywhere in Ontario), or in-person at the Chatham or Woodstock office.

Between sessions, if it interests you, I could even send you personalized journalling prompts tailored to what we explored together in session.

BOOK A SESSION

Talk Therapy

Sometimes just talking is exactly what’s needed. We’ll explore things at your pace — you can share freely, or I can gently guide us. There’s no pressure to have it all figured out before you arrive.

You choose how we work: conversation, expressive arts approaches, or a mix of both. Sessions are yours to shape.

Expressive Arts Therapy

You don’t need any artistic ability for this — it’s not about the end result. Expressive arts therapy uses creative approaches like drawing, collage, and more to help you explore feelings that can be hard to put into words.

For many people, especially those working through trauma, creativity offers a gentle way in. It can be calming, gives feelings somewhere to go, and often opening up new insights along the way.

No art skills required. Stick figures very much welcome.

Registered Social Worker (RSW)
Founder & Creator of Narrative Comic Strip Therapy® (NCST) · Master of Narrative Therapy & Community Work · Bachelor of Social Work · Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) · The Art of Trauma Certificate (Expressive Arts Therapy)

My approach is client-centred and flexible. Creativity has always been how I make sense of the world and we can incorporate this into sessions for clients who are interested. I'm the founder of a combined talk + creative method called Narrative Comic Strip Therapy® (NCST) that combines storytelling with drawing that many (of all ages) find surprisingly helpful.
