The Sessions

Life is busy, so sessions are available most evenings and weekends, when you actually have time to breathe.

You’re welcome to schedule in-person sessions in Chatham or Woodstock, Ontario.

Each session is 60 minutes. You can choose talk therapy on its own, or combine it with drawing exercises for deeper insight and emotional processing (particularly for trauma). No art skills required. Just bring some curiosity and a willingness to explore.

Don’t see a time that works? Send an email, and we’ll figure something out. Longer sessions are also available on request.

No matter where you are in your life story …

A space to explore, reflect, and rewrite.

Who I Work With

Everyone has a story, and sometimes we need a little help making sense of it. Whether you’re navigating something that happened long ago or something that’s unfolding right now, therapy offer a space to slow down, reflect, and find your way forward.
