Narrative Therapy (Talk)

Sometimes just talking is exactly what's needed. We explore things at your pace. You can share freely, or the conversation can be gently guided. There's no pressure to arrive with answers. Often the most important thing is simply having a space where you can finally say things out loud in a neutral space outside of your circle.

Sessions are yours to shape.

Creative Therapy (Expressive Arts)

You don't need any artistic ability for this. It's not about the end result.

Expressive arts therapy uses creative approaches like drawing, collage, writing, etc. to help explore what's hard to put into words. For many people, especially those working through trauma, creativity offers a gentler way. It gives feelings somewhere to go. It calms the nervous system. And it often opens up insights that conversation alone doesn't quite reach.

No art skills required. Stick figures very much welcome! :)

A young girl with brown hair wearing a gray sweater is sitting at a table, writing in a notebook or on a sheet of paper with a pen. There is a bookshelf with books and decor items, including a clock, in the background.

Narrative Comic Strip Therapy ®

NCST is a method developed by Christine J.C. Ellwood that combines storytelling with simple drawing. Together, we use it to map out your story: where you've been, what you've been carrying, and where you want to go. Clients of all ages find it surprisingly powerful and also fun.

Problem stories can be rewritten like a new chapter.
